Free shipping within South East Asia for purchases above SGD 150.
Free shipping internationally for purchase above SGD 250.

South East Asia -- flat fee of $12 -- below $150. (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Brunei, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar)
All other countries  --  flat fee of $25 -- below $250.
Free International shipping -- above $250. (via ninjavan general tracking information)
Free International shipping -- above $300. (upgrade via speedpost or DHL with detailed tracking system)

Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

Refunds are in the form of credit note. Please read all item descriptions carefully and ask questions you might have before making your purchase.

However, we know that you may sometimes want to return or exchange what you’ve bought because it didn’t quite match the outfit you had in mind. Please write to us at knock@woonhung.co with the Subject “Exchange / Returns” within 3 days of receiving your goods.

Please keep in mind that shipping fees are not refundable unless the mistake was on our part. If something is not right, please email us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return.

Store credit, if given, will be approved after inspection of the item and found to be in good condition.

Strictly no returns are accepted for items on discount or on sale, so please take note when buying jewellery on final sale, as they are marked down from the original price significantly.

Condition of returned items

We ask that returned items be in the same condition as when you received them, with the original packaging.  Returns are only for items returned in good condition. Goods damaged due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted.

For Singapore Returns

You can return purchased item within 7 calendar days for a store credit. Store credit is given after we have inspected the item and found them to be in good condition.

For International Returns

You can return purchased item within 20 calendar days for a store credit. Please email scanned receipt or tracking slip from your courier service, to show that item was shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of when it was successfully delivered.

Suitability of Material for Children

Is WoonHung Natural Collection child friendly?

Yes. The material, process & dyeing methods pass international standards of lead content for metal parts. The dyes are Azo free. Paint if any are lead free. 
No. Babies & toddlers could choke on the small parts. Please note that these designs are delicately handmade and may become undone if handled more than what it is meant for as jewellery to be worn.

Damaged Orders

We take extra caution with bubble wrap and supporting materials when packing delicate items. But things can happen. We will gladly replace any item that is faulty/defective or is not what you originally ordered. However, please note that designs within WoonHung.co uses materials that are natural. Therefore you can expect uneven textures and differing grains from one to another. Colour differences do occur between materials and cannot be deemed defective. It is the nature and integrity of natural material.

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order during mail transit. Please email knock@woonhung.co with the Subject 'Damaged Order' within 2 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product.

Missing Goods

In the case of a lost/damage/refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed. If a package/item has been damaged in transit, you must mail it back to us, no later than 2 days after the date it was delivered to you, so that we can present it as physical evidence to the courier in order to file a claim. Shipping charges for such cases can only be refunded after the claim has been resolved.

Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order, as no replacements and no refunds can be made if an order is lost or damaged while in transit.

Repair Service

Repair service is available. There will be a charge and it can take from 6 weeks to 16 weeks to repair. Please note that shipping will borne by you. If you are agreeable to this, please email at knock@woonhung.co

Shipping Information

Orders received for in-stock items ship within 3 business days, after payment is received.

Yes! We ship internationally! You will need to supply a valid street address and phone number. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Based on the rules and regulations of the destination country, some international orders may require several weeks for processing. WoonHung.co is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may be charged to ship to your specific locality. It would be a good idea to investigate any related fees before making a purchase with WoonHung.co, because you don't want any rude surprises.WoonHung.co is also not responsible for any delays that may occur during international shipping and customs inspections.

* Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  

* We charge for shipping and handling. For excess charges made, we will make a refund after shipping package. The exact weight and cost is measured at the courier company singpost and speedpost.

* We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts”

 Undeliverable Purchases

A package is deemed undeliverable for any of the following reasons: incorrect or incomplete address, non-deliverable address, two (2) failed delivery attempts, recipient did not pay taxes, duties, customs fees or related charges, unclaimed by recipient, or refused by recipient.

You may request for WoonHung.co to send the package again, but the buyer will bear shipping charges. It is at the sole discretion of WoonHung.co to decide on re-delivery and any re-stocking fees.

Payment Methods

Use your Credit Card for to make purchases at our web store, via Paypal. Paypal also allows you use your Credit/Debit Card through their checkout system. Singapore customers may choose to pay via Bank Transfer if you do not have a Credit Card. You will be presented with the Bank Transfer option upon checkout, provided you have entered your billing address correctly as Singapore. Prices And Currency

All prices and purchase requirements are shown in SGD (Singapore Dollars) by default. Please note that all our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice and we retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without prior notice. Our currency converter allows you to view only an approximate value of the price in your preferred currency. Our currency converter serves only as a gauge and is by no means an accurate up-to-date calculation of currency exchange rates. All purchases to be paid via Credit Card through Paypal will be automatically switched back to the defaulted SGD (Singapore Dollar).
