Returns and Exchange Policy
We currently do not do any refunds. Please read all item descriptions carefully and ask us any questions you might have before you make your purchase.
However, we know that you may sometimes want to return or exchange what you’ve bought because it didn’t quite match the outfit you had in mind. Please write to us at knock@woonhung.co with the Subject “Exchange / Returns”. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on our part. If something is not right, email us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return.
For Singapore
You can return purchased item within 7 calendar days for a store credit. Store credit is given after we have inspected the item and found them to be in good condition.
For International Returns
You can return purchased item within 7 calendar days for a store credit. Please email scanned receipt or tracking slip from your courier service, to show that item was shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of when it was successfully delivered.

Shipping charges, duties and taxes will be borne by you.

No returns are accepted for items on Sale, so please take note when buying jewellery on final sale, as they are marked down from the original price significantly.

Condition of returned items
We ask that returned items be in the same condition as when you received them, with the original packaging. Returns are only for items returned in good condition. Goods damaged due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted.
Damaged Orders
We take extra caution with bubble wrap and supporting materials when packing delicate items. But things can happen. We will gladly replace any item that is faulty/defective or is not what you originally ordered. However, please note that designs within WoonHung.co uses materials that are natural. Therefore you can expect uneven textures and differing grains from one to another. Colour differences do occur between materials and cannot be deemed defective. It is the nature and integrity of natural material.
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order during mail transit. Please email knock@woonhung.co with the Subject 'Damaged Order' within 2 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product.
Missing Goods
If you choose the economic shipping option “Singpost Registered Post”, I’m afraid we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Postal insurance for Registered Mail is only up to a maximum amount of SGD60 (subject to postal terms and conditions). Please refer to www.singpost.com.sg
Full insurance is available only for Speedpost Priority Shipping. Insurance cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect/ incomplete address provided by a customer during checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of these packages. If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us we will ship it out to you as soon as you confirm with us your correct address. Extra shipping fees will be required. Please refer to www.speedpost.com.sg
In the case of a lost/damage/refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed. If a package/item has been damaged in transit, you must mail it back to us, no later than 2 days after the date it was delivered to you, so that we can present it as physical evidence to the courier in order to file a claim. Shipping charges for such cases can only be refunded after the claim has been resolved.
Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order, as no replacements and no refunds can be made if an order is lost or damaged while in transit.
Repair Service
